"I found the program to be challenging and interactive. The presenters encouraged robust discussion among the group and because of the diverse backgrounds of participants, we were able to get many different perspectives on management and leadership.

I derived benefit from all the different topics on the program. The sessions on "Effective Change Management" and "Business Fundamentals" were the best aspects for me. The presenters used lots of practical examples to help us apply the learning back to our organisations. The assignments and work based project allowed us to use the tools and techniques acquired.

After completing the program, I was successful in applying for a newly created role within my organisation. I don't think I would have been appointed to this role without the skills I gained from the program.
