“The Professional Management Program is a fabulous eye opener to strategic solutions, financial management and business acumen.  Although I had been working in management for over seven years, I knew I was missing elements in my learning and knowledge to be a successful leader and manager.

The program diversified my learning and filled the gaps in my learning, inspiring me to continue my studies through to the an MBA.  The adult learning environment with highly rated academics and the wonderful staff at the Executive Education, as well as the flexibility, made it a pleasure to keep coming back.

Following the Professional Management Program, I am more confident in my role as a manager and inspired to continue learning.  In addition I feel Nova has seen great improvements in my business dealings, having the tools to assess and resolve issues from HR, Procurement, to implementations in a phased learned approach.
