"I left school and joined the workforce at a young age because I thought earning was better than learning.

There were some hard lessons along the way. I was exposed to many different management approaches and I soon realised that I needed to know more about the theory and techniques that underpin good management.  Hard work and dedication will only get you so far in the business world.
