Below is a comprehensive list of support services offered by the Hub and other areas of the University.
Deliver information to large groups of students. Lecturers can help you to understand course content. Their consultation times can be found on MyUni.
Facilitate small group discussions based on lecture content. They administer extensions and can answer questions regarding assignments. Tutors' consultation times can be found on MyUni.
Staff offer seminars, workshops and individual consultation sessions to all Professions students, providing practical advice and strategies for mastering reading, writing, referencing, note-taking, time management, public speaking, and exam preparation.
The Writing Centre is open Monday-Friday between10am and 4pm and are found on Level 3 East of Hub Central.
All students undertaking maths and/or stats courses will find free assistance at the Maths Learning Centre.

Ensure that Commerce, Economics, Finance and Education students are on the right track with their study plans. Visit the Professions Postgraduate Hub for drop-in sessions each Tuesday between 10-11:30am.
The ISC provides ongoing support to all international students</strong> studying at the University. It works closely with students groups, faculties and University administration areas to ensure the experience of all international students is a positive and successful one.

The PG Mentor Program is a social support network which offers first year Postgraduate students in Business, Economics and Education the chance to benefit from the experiences of senior postgraduate students. Activities include social events and academic workshops.

The University’s Disability Service can help students manage ways to accommodate their disability whilst at uni so they can focus their energies towards studies. The focus of Disability Service is not physical or practical assistance but rather ways to improve study habits in the University environment.
