I acknowledge and understand that:

1. This application will not be assessed unless I have filled in all of the required fields above, and attached a full course outline for my propose course.
2. If this application is submitted more than four weeks prior to the commencement of the proposed cross institutional course it will not be assessed.
3. If this application is submitted less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course it may not be assessed in time for the commencement of the course.
4. This application may not be assessed until results for the current semester are released, and that this may mean that my application cannot be assessed in time for me to enrol into cross institutional study.
5. This application may be denied if there is overlap between the course dates and any relevant critical/semester/exam period dates at the University of Adelaide.
6. It is my responsibility to ensure that I have received an approval email form the Professions Postgraduate Hub before undertaking cross institutional study.
7. I have met any prerequisites for any course that I apply to study cross institutionally.
8. If applying for an elective, I have made sure that the University of Adelaide has not offered a course with similar content in the current academic year.
9. I am responsible for enrolling correctly according to the guidelines of the cross institutional University.
10. I will attend classes and complete assessments.
11. I will provide an original transcript of results to the Professions Postgraduate Hub in order for credit to be transferred.
