Here you will find the most commonly used forms and instructions for all the Study Abroad and Exchange Opportunities.

Applying for an Exchange

• Exchange Application Form
  Use this form to apply for the Adelaide Abroad exchange program.
  
  
• Study Plan Approval Form
  Use this form to obtain faculty approval for the studies you will be undertaking on exchange. This form should be returned to the Adelaide Abroad office once signed by the Postgraduate Exchange Officer.

• Academic Reference Form
  You will need to obtain an academic reference from a lecturer or tutor who knows you and your academic strengths. Some universities require academic references as part of their application process.
  
  
• MBA Exchange Application Form
  Students studing in the MBA program use this form to apply for an overseas exchange.

Financial Assistance

You may also be eligible for the Business and Economics Financial Incentive Scheme. The Faculty of the Professions provides a limited number of grants to assist students with the cost of travel and accommodation to undertake an exchange experience.
