If you have already enrolled into the maximum 12 units (4 courses), and you are trying to add more, then you will receive an enrolment error.
If, however, you intend to do more than is recommended, you will need to fill out an overload request form.
You can submit an overload request if you have completed at least 1 semester of university study and wish to study more than 12 units in a given semester (Note: you can study a maximum of 15 units).
In order to be approved for an overload request you must have completed at least one:
It is your responsibility to manage your work load if you are approved for an overload request. If you wish to submit an overload request, click "Still Having Trouble?" below and fill in the form. Ensure that you take note of the enrolment request ID* as it is unique to you and will help us identify the problem.
*How do I find my Enrolment Request ID?
The Enrolment Request ID will appear when you experience a clash in Access Adelaide. You must quote this number so we are able to address your issues.
This error message appears when the lecture, tutorial, or workshop you are trying to enrol into has a time conflicting with another class that you have already enrolled in.
The University expects you to manage and plan your own timetable.
How do I fix the problem?
Use Course Planner to check if your core courses:
It is your responsibility to arrange your timetable so that courses do not conflict. You should enrol in your core courses first and then select elective courses that fit around your core courses. If the elective that you would like to do clashes, then you will be required to choose an alternative elective course. In circumstances that are unavoidable (such as core course clashes) please contact the Professions Student Hub.
If this hasn't worked, click "Still Having Trouble?" below and fill in the form. Ensure that you take note of the enrolment request ID* as it is unique to you and will help us identify the problem.
