Before enrolling it is important to attend this session and learn more about your program, pathways, support services, the Professions Undergraduate Hub, Faculty and University.

You must also attend the Enrolment Advice Session of your other degree. Click here for session times.

Forms

2013 Student Information Sheet

You will need to download the 2013 Student Information Sheet and either email it using the submit button or print and bring it to the Professions Undergraduate Hub. If you are filling it out by hand, please write neatly and clearly as it is used for our database and a copy is sent to practicum schools. You do not need to supply the photographs.

National Criminal History Record Check

All student teachers must undergo a National Criminal History Record Check through the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion. You will not be allowed in a school for practicum purposes or for your curriculum studies until the University has received notice of your clearance.

We have pre-filled Section D and it has been signed by the School of Educations Returning Officer.  Visit the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion website if you need assistance with completing the form.
