Bachelor of Commerce students can start enrolling online on Tuesday the 5th of February from 11am.
Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Economic students can start enrolling online on Tuesday the 5th of February from 2pm.

Unified centralises login to your services, bringing together important news and information with just one click. Unified is a portal to other services, such as Access Adelaide and MyUni. |

Access Adelaide is the tool through which you enrol. You can view your enrolment details here, as well as your personal details and other information in your University account. |

MyUni is the entry point to the online learning environment. It is used to support traditional face-to-face lectures, tutorials and workshops at the University through course materials, discussion boards and assessments for each online course of study. |

Student Email: Now that you are a student of the University of Adelaide, you have your very own email. Remember to check this daily. You can log on to it through Unified using your student ID. |
You must plan your timetable before enrolling.
All you will need is:
Have you studied at another University, TAFE or other tertiary institution? You may be eligible to receive transfer credit for your prior study.

You must study core and elective courses to complete your degree. Core course names are specified on your study plans (Business, Economics and Education). You can choose courses that you are interested in for your electives. These can range from psychology to a language to maths to management and marketing..the list goes on. Go to Step 2 to find out how to search for core and elective courses. |

Follow the steps below to navigate your way through the Course Planner and enter your choices onto your Class Planner.
When searching for a course, it is best to search using either the Subject Area and/or Catalogue number.

Once you have performed a search, the Course Planner will give you a description of the course. This can be particularly helpful when selecting electives to find out if they are of interest to you.

Make sure you take note of the restrictions, prerequisites, assumed knowledge and incompatibilities. You will be unenrolled from the course if you do not meet the prerequisite. |
Take note of the class number when planning your timetable so that you can enter the number straight into Access Adelaide when you add the course.

Enrolment Class Number: This is the first number you must enter when adding courses in Access Adelaide. Related Class Number: This is the second number that you must enter when adding courses in Access Adelaide. Use the Dates, Days and Time fields to avoid clashes. |
Unified lets you access your email, calendar, MyUni and Access Adelaide through a central website with a single login.
You will need to login to Unified and then navigate to Access Adelaide to begin adding courses.

Important information is posted onto Unified in the form of "announcements". These can be found on the right-hand side of the screen, circled above. It is essential that you read these announcements to find out what is happening around the Hub. |
Once logged into Unified, select the Access Adelaide icon from the Home panel. You must complete the Enrolment checklist before you are permitted to add courses.

Make sure that when you are choosing subjects that you keep in mind your future study plan. Many second and third year courses require first year courses as prerequisites. The subjects that you choose in first year are going to influence and affect your future study. |
Click the Add button to begin adding classes.

Enter the Enrolment Class Number, which can be found on the Course Planner.
There is no need to search if you already know the class number - simply enter the Enrolment Class number and hit the Add button.

Choose any related classes, such as tutorials or workshops.
Whenever you see a green button, it means that you are required to select something in order to proceed to the next step (or successfully add the class).

Check selected classes and save!

If you receive an error message, it is possible that classes are clashing or that the course is full. You can drop or swap a course/class to fix any problem. If you cannot resolve the error, please take note of the "Request ID" as you will need this to complete the error form.

Once you have added your courses, you should view your timetable and print it out.
This is only a weekly timetable. Some classes may not appear in week 1, 2 or 3 because they do not start until later in the semester. Click the across arrow to check.

You should be successfully enrolled and well on your way to starting your studies in the Faculty of the Professions.
Continue to check your timetable and Unified for notifications up until the end of week 1 as tutorials may be cancelled due to low enrolment numbers and locations may change.
