Master of Finance and Business Economics M.FinBusEc
2008

Location: North Terrace Campus
Duration: 2 years (full time)
Degree: Masters by Coursework

Program Outline

The Master of Finance and Business Economics has been designed to meet the needs of entrants from a business or economics degree seeking in-depth advancement in their field, or a graduate from any other degree seeking to comprehensively adapt to the fields of economics and finance.

While the program includes study in both fields, students choose to specialise in one area. For candidates choosing the finance specialisation, the program provides the educational grounding to proceed with professional studies towards the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification. For candidates specialising in economics, the program provides training in theoretical and applied aspects of modern economics and econometrics, and aims to enhance their understanding of the application of economic theories.
