Program Outline

This is a bridging program intended for graduates from other disciplines who wish to pursue studies of design in the built environment. The Graduate Certificate program is one-semester long and graduates from this program will be eligible to apply for the Graduate Diploma of Design Studies (Landscape).

Program Structure

The emphasis is upon environmental design with project-based learning approaches to develop creative and analytical problem solving skills. Particular attention will be given to contemporary landscape issues and design themes relevant to South Australia.

Graduate entry only.
You must have a completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or, a completed VET Degree with 2 years relevant work experience; or, a completed VET Diploma/Advanaced Diploma with 10 years relevant work experience. All applicants must submit a written statement and design portfolio to the School. Applicants with VET qualifications only must also submit a Curriculum Vitae.
