These courses are offered in a partnership between the University of Adelaide (Discipline of Public Health) and the University of South Australia (School of Psychology). The program is recognised by SafeWork SA and the Australian Safety of Compensation Council, as well as the Safety Institute of Australia, the Australasian Faculty of Occupational Medicine and other relevant OHS professional organisations.
The program is available by campus or online study. There are several electives that are also available as short or intensive courses.
The Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management (Grad.Cert.O.H.&S.Mgt.) consists of four core courses and can be completed in two semesters of part-time study.
The Discipline runs one- and two-day workshops in specialised areas, including occupational hygiene, emergency management, ergonomics and OHS business case development.
