Program Outline

Programs are tailored to an individual’s background, interests and career objectives. Students will obtain and extend fundamental competencies in Physics, and study the latest advances in their specialisation under the supervision of academic and research staff who are internationally recognised for their research.

Program Structure

The Graduate Certificate requires 12 units of coursework (6 units of core courses). All students choose from the list below.

International applicants must attach copies of the syllabus for the most advanced physics and mathematics subjects on their academic record.  Where a copy is not available, a detailed summary by the applicant is required.

(i) The following list, to the value of no more than 6 units;

(ii) Courses listed under Academic Program Rules for other coursework by Masters degrees, subject to approval by the Program Coordinator.

(iii) The following courses to the vlaue of no less than 6 units;
