Program Outline

This program is ideal for technology-based professionals such as engineers who have or want project management roles and responsibilities at best practice levels. Many people today recognise their organisation's complex infrastructure and technology-based projects have social, environmental and economic impacts - they affect the triple bottom line. They also realise that they need the skills to manage multiple projects to achieve organisational goals; they need to understand the context of projects and follow a clear project model. If you and your organisation have to achieve ambitious business objectives that require complex and technology-based initiatives, the ECIC Project Management suite of programs will help achieve them.

Our Project Management programs guide you through the leading-edge project management concepts, methodologies and tools. We have a strong emphasis on holistic and systems-based project management methods, combined with the practical application of concepts, techniques and tools.

This program comprises the Master of Project Management and adds a 12 unit applied project. The project is supervised by teaching staff and can be highly practical and valuable experience for graduates who wish to broaden their applied experiences. This program will allow for greater in-depth immersion and will provide students with the flexibility to explore key project management areas. The 12 unit project is industry based, and provides a highly practical and valuable experience for students who wish to broaden and extend their invaluable project management experiences.
