Other University Properties

Allied with the campus, heritage listed and commercial properties, Property Services is also responsible for a variety of other facilities which are integral to the maintenance of the institution at the forefront of the tertiary education map in this country. Usually managed by Faculties and/or Departments, there are a number of Specialist Use Properties which include 26 field stations or farming properties ranging state wide.

There are also a number of hospital facilities located within:

• Institute of Medical & Veterinary Science
• Lyell McEwin Hospital
• Modbury Hospital
• Queen Elizabeth Hospital
• Royal Adelaide Hospital
• Women’s and Children’s Hospital

The University also has a number of residential buildings based mainly in the CBD and North Adelaide and caters to a plethora of sporting and leisure activities under lease and/or permit arrangements.
