Room Frequency Factor - Report and Chart

The Room Frequency Factor measures the number of actual Room hours that are used in a given period against the number of Room hours that are available. (for further information space measurement categories see the Australasian Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers Newsletter, Issue No: 11, September 1998, pp.8-10)

Seat Occupancy Factor - Report and Average Seats Used Chart

The Seat Occupancy Factor measures the number of Seat hours used in a given period again the number of Seat hours that are available.

Note: Utilisation By Campus, Building and Room Type reports can display very low Seat Occupancy Factors. This is because there are many rooms that are empty or have very low Room Frequency Factors.
