Psychology Research Interests

I’m interested in how investigative interviewing techniques influence eyewitness recall and metacognition. My research aims to understand how cognitive mnemonics and socio-communication techniques of the Cognitive Interview influence metacognitive monitoring of correct from incorrect memories and the metacognitive control an eyewitnesses uses in deciding to report or withhold information from a police investigator.
