Nutrition and Cognition in the elderly

Psychology Research Interests

My PhD project is embedded within a larger joint venture between Human Nutrition at CSIRO, and The University of Adelaide. We will be conducting an intervention trial to examine effects of Omega-3 supplementation on cognition in the elderly.

My contribution will be attempting to assess the contribution of lifelong diet to cognition & cognitive change over the 18month period of the trial
