Psychology Research Interests

My main interests are in family and child psychology. In particular, I am interested in early intervention for ‘in need’ or ‘at risk’ children and their families. I am interested in improving the lives of children and their families to enable them to reach their full potential and to enhance their wellbeing. My PhD project is a longitudinal study focusing on exploring the lives of foster children, biological children also living in the home, and the family as a whole to guide policy, research, and health services in providing support for these families.
