Standards for Registration
The University, as a training organisation must comply with the national set of standards which assures the consistent delivery of high quality training across Australia.  The standards are named Australian Quality Training Framework 2007 (AQTF 2007).

For information relating to the essential standards for registration go to AQTF2007.

Relevant areas will maintain the University’s status as a training organisation by ensuring they:

  • maintain the standards set by the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and the relevant state or territory training authority
  • allow its performance to be monitored and audited at any time during the period of registration to assess its compliance with these standards
  • renew its registration within the required timeframe prior to expiry.

The Office of the DVC & VP (A) is responsible for re-registration. The period of registration is five years. At the conclusion of the five-year period the University is required to submit a new registration application.  During the period of registration any major changes to operations must be advised in writing to the training authority by the DVC & VP(A ).

For details about the University’s registration status please visit the NTIS site.
