NMHRC Reporting
Progress Reports - Annual
Annual Progress Reports are required for each funded project. In accordance
with the NHMRC Deed of Agreement, progress reports must be submitted to the NHMRC
by 31 March following each calendar year in which there were payments or carry
forward of funds for a funded NHMRC Project Grant, except in the final year when
the Final Report form must be used.
Report forms are available on the NHMRC
website. Please provide 1 signed hard copy of your report to Research Branch
by 24 March.
Final Report and Supplementary Forms
In accordance with the NHMRC Deed of Agreement, a Final Report must be submitted
to the NHMRC within six months of the completion of the funding period or termination
of the award.

at least 1 week prior to the due date.
Mid Term Reporting (for Career Development Award holders)
All Career Development Award holders are to submit a mid term report for the
period from the commencement of the award to 30 June in the third year of the
funding period. The report should be submitted in free text, and address the Aims
and Objectives of the Career Development Award Scheme. It must also include a
list of all the publications for the reporting period. The report is due in Research
Branch before 24 August in the third year of the award.
Please provide 1 signed hard copy of your report to Research Branch at least 1
week prior to the due date.
Mid Term Reports (for Training Fellowship holders)
All Training Fellows are to submit a mid-term report on work undertaken.
The form is available on the NHMRC
website. Please provide 1 signed hard copy of your report to Research Branch
at least 1 week prior to the due date.
