University Archives, Records & CollectionsUniversity Archives, Records & Collections aims to provide a reliable system of management processes from the time of record creation through to the preservation of archival records and the authorised disposal of temporary value records. University Archives, Records & Collections is comprised of the Records Management Office (RMO), the University Archives and Art & Heritage Collections. The RMO is responsible for the management of the University's corporate records using the Total Records Information Management (TRIM) recordkeeping system. The Archives contains non-current administrative records that are worthy of permanent preservation. Art & Heritage Collections preserves and promotes the art and cultural heritage of the University.
