The records consist of indexed bound volumes of letter press copies of accounts sent, with date of payment and receipt number entered subsequently. The accounts include invoices for re-prints, textbooks, re-imbursements, making and testing of apparatus and equipment, and the payment of student fees by other institutions (eg. Education Department, S.A. School of Mines).
