The records consist of a summary record with sections for graduates, undergraduates, non-graduates, and Elder Conservatorium. They record the date of birth, sex, full or part time, whether A.T.C., C.R.T.S. or A.U.C. scholarship or bursary holder, if a cadet or staff, concession rates and exempted students.
