| Description | The reports detail the development of the Medical School and its anticipated opening on the 30th March 1885. They make recommendations for the academic year to be divided into two sessions (long and short). They discuss the criteria required to obtain the degree of doctor of medicine including the subjects of anatomy, practical anatomy, physiology, and chemistry for the long session, and botany, malaria medica, practical chemistry, practical physiology and histology for the short session.
