The first meeting of the Committee was held on 19 March 1945. The minutes consist of typed pages enclosed in a manila folder. The issues considered were the position of Acting Director and Lecturer in the Principles and Practice of Medicine, the appointment of tutors and the high possibility of amendments to take place to the Hospitals Act.
