The records consist of certificates issued by the University and the South Australian School of Mines. There are distinct certificates for attendance at lectures for B.A., B.Sc., M.B./B.S. and Law degrees, for Commercial Certificate, Music Subjects and Hospital Practice, recording name and lectures attended. Volume 1 has an index to degree courses. Under the degree regulations, students were required to present a certificate of attendance at lectures. Volume 3 has only certificates of attendance at lectures for M.B./B.S. course at Hospital Practice.
