The Waite Agricultural Research Institute Planning Committee was responsible for all aspects of planning across the Institute including funding, buildings and accommodation requirements. The records include minutes, correspondence, maps, plans, submissions and reports including a review of the 1964 Master Plan of the Waite Institute (1976). There are also minutes and reports of the Waite Buildings Working Party (1977) and a copy of the Waite Submission for the 1982-84 Triennium.
