The records consist of papers relating to commemoration (graduation) ceremonies, including administrative arrangements, copies of statements, presentations, programmes, memoranda, correspondence and statistics. They have been retained complete for 1956-1968 and thereafter culled of all routine material including programmes except for the Centenary Commemoration. The records were principally created by J.R.H. Cook, Academic Registrar (1964-1977).
