The records consist of printed books containing signatures of students signing the roll, name, residence, name of parent/guardian and whether intending to graduate. Also date of birth from the middle of Volume 2 (Aug 1901). They are endorsed with details about examinations, scholarships, degree conferred and dispensation regarding age. There are individual forms completed by students themselves bound in booklets with an alphabetical index in each volume.
