Green staff files arranged alphabetically.
Buff Waite and Roseworthy staff files arranged alphabetically on bottom row.
Orange University of South Australia students' files arranged alphabetically.
Buff colour coded University of Adelaide students' files (1988-1998) arranged by year enroled and student number. Note: these files are coloured coded firstly by year, secondly by the last number of the student number and the position of the second colour is determined by the second last number of the student number (any alpha suffix appended to the student number is disregarded).
Loose files consist of older staff files arranged alphabetically - these have been boxed and are listed on TRIM as SEC/1590 - SEC/1631.
NOTE: Files were re-arranged in full alphabetical order (May-June 2008) to enhance retrieval.
