The committee was established in 1970 by the Student Coucil to examine the constitutional structure and aims of the Adelaide Teachers College Student Association, with a view to the democratic restructuring of student government. The Chairman was Raymond Broomhill. The report contains details of the 'present' system and a proposed alternative structure.
