The Executive Committee was comprised of the Executive members of the External Studies Department Committee which was responsible for all matters concerning the College's External Studies programme. The Executive Committee approved budget submissions and monitored the quality of external offerings. The records contain minutes of the External Studies Advisory Committee, External Studies Department Committee and, mostly, the External Studies Executive Committee.
