| Description | In 1991, the National Advisory Group on General Staff Award Restructuring was established to undertake negotiations with the ACTU. This resulted in a proposed change from a 9-level to a 10-level classification system with revised criteria. This series contains the minutes, reports and other papers related to the process of award restructuring. The records are loose typesecript pages and include the minutes and papers of the Personnel Matters Committee (1991-1995), papers related to the 1992 award restructure, office structures implementation and the General Staff Award History File (Part 1). |
