In 1991, the National Advisory Group on General Staff Award Restructuring was established to undertake negotiations with the ACTU. This resulted in a proposed change from a 9-level to a 10-level classification system with revised criteria. This series contains the minutes, reports and other papers related to the process of award restructuring.
