Description	The Undergraduate Studies Committee of the Proto Faculty of Agricultural and Natural Sciences dealt with all matters relating to recruitment of students and student quotas. It was responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on courses and curricula and dealt with such matters as accreditation, advisory boards for courses and all other undergraduate student matters. It reported to the Faculty Board. The Committee was convened by the Associate Dean and consisted of a representative of each of the eight departments of the Faculty, at least one member co-opted from each of the departments involved in teaching in the Faculty and two undergraduate students from the Faculty Board, and the Dean (Ex officio). These records consists of minutes, agenda and related papers; two special meetings and three reports.

It includes items such as the Terms of Reference and Membership of the Undergraduate Studies Committee, notes on undergraduate courses, academic structure and operation, et al. Memos on related topics are included.
There is a draft report of the Review of Agricultural and Related Education, dated October 1990, as well as related submissions. Reference is made to postgraduate students. The report itself is included in the agenda for 13/05/91

Various matters are dealt with, including enrolments, course structure, new course proposals, course accreditation, course quotas, university entry, student grievance procedures, competency based education, TAFE, connections to Northern Territory University, tours and field trips, the Aboriginal Access Scheme, etc.
