Matters dealt with by the committee included affiliation of Roseworthy Agricultural College, composition of departmental committees, draft legislation regarding the establishment of the University of South Australia, changes to the Adelaide University Union Constitution, University Act amendments regarding election of members and definition/usage of terms ancillary staff, general staff and non-academic staff. Meeting minutes and legislation committee reports don't share the same numbering sequence. Some pages are annotated.
