The records consist of Stock Books containing details gathered at the day level regarding the purchase, weights, selling, disposal and death of sheep. They also include an inventory which keeps a tally of sheep numbers and includes rations sent to the kitchen. Sheep are identified by numbers rather than names. Also included are details about sheep skins, goats, and sheep involved in the Royal Adelaide Show.
