The Academic Board Course Approval Panel (ABCAP) was formed in early 1998. Its role was to represent Academic Board in monitoring and approving new and changed courses, and to be alert to the budgetary consequences of course changes. The records include minutes of the panel and proposals for new and amended courses, submitted by the Departments of the University. ABCAP was succeeded in 2000 by the Academic Programs and Accreditation Review Panel (APARP).
