This series consists of minutes and papers of the Urrbrae House Working Party (and its Restoration and Museum Subcommittee) and the Urrbrae House Standing Committee, which in 1993 became the Waite Historic Precinct Management Committee. Some minutes are from the Waite Historic Precinct Garden Committee, possibly a subsidiary of the former.

The records include a Cambridge Credit Corporation Ltd Debenture Stock Certificate from 1971 in the names of William Rogers and Derek Maelzer (Waite Inst); other than this, records essentially date from 1991. They include minutes, reports, correspondence and working papers of the committee.
