| Description | According to the terms of the Co-Location Agreement between the Minister of Agriculture, the University of Adelaide and the CSIRO, Waite Campus's Policy Executive Committee was reconstituted in late 1992 as the Waite Campus Management Committee. Membership included the directors of the Waite Institute and the Australian Wine Research Institute, the Director General of Agriculture, and two Divisional Chiefs from the CSIRO. The committee's terms of reference were, with regard to management of the common and shared facilities of the Waite Campus, to determine policy and make recommendations on repair and maintenance, and to act as a forum for dispute resolution between the parties, should any arise. The Waite Campus Management Committee EXECUTIVE was to execute the decisions of the Waite Campus Management Committee, administer the requirements of the Co-Location Agreement, and formulate policy recommendations. Membership of this body included the Waite Campus Manager and four other members of the Waite Campus Management Committee. The records consist of minutes and papers of the Executive, as well as some of the Management Committee. |
