Description	The Research Centre for the History of Food & Drink was set up in 1997 from the History Department of the University of Adelaide by Dr. Lynn Martin. The Centre has since sponsored a number of conferences and publications, and produces a regular newsletter. This series consists of material collected by Barr Smith Library reference librarian Margaret Hosking and includes newsletters, conference programs, and lists of Centre members and their research interests.
