1. 1 July 1986 is the effective date of the commencement of Scheme A 1985.
2. Scheme A and Scheme A 81 ceased (from 30 June 1986) and its current members became members of Scheme A 1985.
3. Scheme A 1985 was administered internally from 1 July 1986, from 1 April 1992 I was appointed Secretary/Administrator, and from 1 July 1994 Mercer was appointed Administrator and I continued as Secretary.
4. The Series and Inventory Report has a number of file descriptions which refer to "Scheme A" but the date range incudes after 1 July 1986. As Scheme A and Scheme A 81 ceased from 30 June 1986, the file descriptions need to be changed accordingly. Also documents prior to 30 June 1986 (i.e. prior to Scheme A 1985) are for the University of Adelaide to keep (all documents re Scheme A and Scheme A 81 can be archived under the responsibility of Financial Services).
