• The collection is comprised of records from 782 accessions. The codes used to uniquely identify each accession range from 1986/0001 to 2007/0787.
  
  
• The records have been allocated to 1,373 series. The codes used to uniquely identify each series range from 0001 to 1373.
  
  
• Through the processing of the records, 680 provenance entities were identified. The codes used to uniquely identify each provenance entity, i.e. records creator or custodian, range from UAR0001 to UAR0680.
