Booking Policy

• The SA Epigenetics Facility operates between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Wednesday.
• The pyrosequencer will be booked in 2 hour time slots with the first available booking at 9am and the last available booking at 3pm.
• Multiple time slots can be booked if several plates are being run.
• Bookings need to be made between the hours of 9am and 3pm:

• The sample run at 4pm will need to be left overnight
• Cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to schedule booking
• If you require additional time, it is the users responsibility to contact the facility manager. There is no guarantee that additional time will be granted.
• Users must ensure the facility is left in a clean and tidy manner. Should you find the facility has been left in an unacceptable state prior to your pyrosequencing run, please contact the facility manager immediately.
• Users of the facility are required to report any issues, complications or malfunction of the equipment to the facility manager. Failure to do so may result in liability.
