The Olympic Dam Aboriginal Community Trust Scholarships

These scholarships have been established by the Olympic Dam Aboriginal Community Trust to support Aboriginal students from the northern region of South Australia who are undertaking any program of study on a full time basis as a Commonwealth Supported student at the University of Adelaide.

The scholarships are available to Aboriginal students who are a Kokatha, Barngarla or Kuyani person and currently reside in, or have resided in the northern region of South Australia as defined in the map provided on the final page of this application form.

Three scholarships valued at $7,000 per year payable for up to three years are available to students who currently reside, and study within, the northern region map area.

Three scholarships valued at $10,000 per year payable for up to three years are available to students who normally reside within the northern region map area but have moved to Adelaide to study.

Selection of the successful candidates will be made according to academic merit, financial need and with reference to applicant's written statement regarding their willingness to achieve.
