JR Barker Scholarship

These scholarships have been founded in memory of the late Mr John Robert Barker, and are available to students undertaking research in connection with primary production in South Australia (more particularly in the livestock and wool industries).

Three scholarships are available to full-time students enrolled in an Honours program at the University of Adelaide who are undertaking relevant research projects. Graduates of other universities are also eligible to apply.

The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and relevant research.

The scholarships are valued at $4000 each for one year.
