This Scholarship to support an indigenous student has been established by a descendant of George and Anne Lovelock, who migrated with their children from England in 1839, and established a farm at Aldinga in the early 1840’s. The Scholarship has been established in acknowledgement of the Kaurna people’s relationship with this land.
This Scholarship is open to students who are indigenous Australians and undertaking a undergraduate level program in a Commonwealth supported place at the University of Adelaide. The tenure of the scholarship is 1 year with a value of $1,000.
