Country Health SA Scholarships
Country Health SA is committed to providing a range of high quality health systems in rural and remote South Australia to meet the needs of South Australians living in country areas.
To address the shortage of appropriately trained health professionals, the Region has implemented a number of strategies including undergraduate and postgraduate scholarship schemes.
The SA Rural Health Undergraduate Scholarships are offered to full time students already studying or about to commence an undergraduate degree in disciplines which will gain employment within a rural health unit, for example, allied health, medicine, nursing, dentistry, business management and aboriginal affairs.
Undergraduate Schemes

Country Health SA SA Ambulance Service Volunteer Scholarship
Country Health SA Aborginal Professional Employment Program
Postgraduate Schemes

Students are required to live and work for a country health unit in rural South Australia upon successful completion of their study for a period equivalent to the scholarship funding.
