Flexichem Chemistry Scholarship

This scholarship has been established by Flexichem Pty Ltd, a developer and manufacturer of chemicals and chemical formulations for industry. The company's focus is manufacturing chemicals and formulations for sale, developing and manufacturing industrial products for other companies and toll manufacturing materials to customer specifications.

This scholarship is to benefit a student who is in their second year of a Bachelor of Science program majoring in Chemistry at the University of Adelaide. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in organic, inorganic or physical chemistry.

The scholarship will provide $3,000 for one year to assist with education costs.

Applications are open to Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand citizens undertaking the program on a full time basis. For the purposes of the scholarship, students undertaking 75% of a full course load are considered to be enrolled on a full time basis.

Selection for this scholarship will be made according to academic merit which will be determined according to applicants' cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) for the preceding year.

The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered; acceptance of the Scholarship offer cannot be deferred. If a student declines the Scholarship offer, the Scholarship will be offered to the next eligible student.
