Indigenous Music Fund

The Indigenous Music Fund is an annual grant of $1,000 open to students undertaking their second or final year of study of an Associate Diploma or equivalent at the University of Adelaide’s Centre for Aboriginal Studies in Music (CASM).

Applicants should be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent who regard themselves as Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and who are so considered by the community in which they live or have lived.

Students must be able to demonstrate financial need and be able to provide supporting documentary evidence at the time of application, e.g. details of income tested Commonwealth income support payment, such as Youth Allowance, ABSTUDY benefits, or other details of their financial circumstances.

Students in receipt of other University administered merit-based scholarships, grants or awards specifically for CASM students may not apply for this grant.
